Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Navsahyadri Group of Institutes – Faculty of Management aims to prepare students for tomorrow, equipping them today with the right knowledge, skills and attitude that will help them be effective in any venture they choose, nurturing and developing them to become good individuals who are sensitive to the society around them. Learning and teaching in the management school covers all the aspects of management. There are experienced faculty members and relevant pedagogy is followed. There is lot of emphasis on learning by doing.

SPECIALIZATION

Students will opt for one of the specialization as per their choice & also undergo two months internship with the industry. One of the following Specializations may be opted by the students.

Marketing

The curriculum focuses on the latest marketing trends & strategies that exposes them to the realities of the market place. Students can get jobs in retailing, advertising, FMCG, product/brand management & marketing research.

Finance

Students will be imparted skills & grounded in the basics of financial decision making, accounting, economics, market structures, equity markets & banking etc.

HR

The curriculum includes Recruitment & selection, learning & development, Industrial relations, performance management systems, compensation management, organization development & specialized/advanced features of HRM.

Operation and Supply Chain Management

The Curriculum includes Transportations. Warehousing, Import- Export, Store Management, Operating Cycle of Business. It also focuses on operation and service strategy and production system and quality improvements through six sigma.

Business Analytics

It includes Advance stattitical metods using R, Machine Learning, Python, Social Media Web, Text Analytics and predictive modelling, SPSS, E-commerce.
